Wrap it up!

With family, friends, co-workers and (if you're lucky) white elephant gift exchanges, your “list” may be pretty long.

Managing the number of people you're shopping for and the pressure we put on ourselves to get “the perfect gift” can be overwhelming and add to the stress of an already crazy time of year. Before you burn out, throw in the towel and get everyone gift cards remember to take a few deep breathes and that most people are grateful no matter what the gift is. The old saying “it’s the thought that counts” really is true. Finding inspiration for a unique gift or the “right” gift can be tough, so we did some of the work for you! We’ve come up with some gift ideas that you may not have thought of and they’re all health or fitness related, so you can feel extra good about giving them to anyone on your list and you might even end up with a new workout buddy!

These are only a few ideas and although we feel pretty good about them, pleasing everyone is always an uphill battle.
