Steve Horton

Throughout his career as a military lawyer in the Navy and a Vice President in the Boeing Law Department, Steve has had a passion for fitness and group exercise. He is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and the University of Florida School of Law.

Steve is a TRX certified trainer and has lead classes in North Carolina and Sarasota. His classes are well-attended, fast-paced and fun. He is committed to sharing improved fitness, for all ages, through a dynamic and up-temp TRX program.

Kelly Garner

Kelly has joined us at Studio South to assist instructing a variety of group fitness classes.  With a B.S. in Exercise Physiology from Ohio University, Kelly brings a diverse array of knowledge and experience specializing in pre and post-rehab management, posture improvement training, and strength and cardio conditioning.  Kelly holds a host of different certifications including AFAA's Group Exercise, Yoga, and Cardio Kickboxing certifications as well as Balance Body's Mat and Pilates Reformer Instructor Certifications.
This simple, yet challenging, full body workout will build your strength and stamina, increase your total body mobility and stability, all while strengthening your core. The TRX suspension system challenges both your core stabilizers and all major muscle groups. TRX is a fun and invigorating workout that is appropriate for all skill and fitness levels and no prior experience is necessary.
